Seasons Café and Kitchen Comes to The Lightbox,...

The Guide 2 Surrey 15/02/2017 Staff Writer Images: Elizabeth Ransom The Lightbox gallery and museum in Woking is delighted to announce that in February 2017 its popular cafe re-launched as Seasons Café and Kitchen…   Run by the team behind the Tipsy Pigs private catering agency, Seasons have introduced a brand new and inventive menu with exciting seasonal specials such as warm salad of sea trout for the spring and braised venison for the autumn. The team behind Seasons are friends Neil, Carla and James who all grew up in and around Woking and who met at Fullbrook School back in the 90s. The award-winning head chef, Neil Tompkins, developed his passion for British food at Rules of Covent Garden in London and more recently was the head chef at Sands. Neil has over 15 years of experience in the food industry and a passion for rustic, homemade and creative cooking. Carla Williams is currently the manager at nearby Sands, a skilled chef in her own right, she expects and delivers the highest of customer standards. James Farmer is the director of an independent brand experience agency...
