The Guide 2 Surrey 16/01/2017 Staff Writer   The landmark pub beloved by locals is set for a new lease of life in 2017 thanks to new owners the Peach Pub Company…  The Peach Pub Company, the pub geniuses that have also worked their magic on the Richard Onslow in Cranleigh, have taken on The Duke of Wellington in East Horsley from its current owners The Star Pub Company, and have announced plans to refurbish the popular local pub.   Peach Partner Jordan Marr, pictured right) who will be also managing the pub, said, "We are excited about the Duke. We love meeting and getting to know new people and becoming part of the community. We are looking forward to making it a great gastropub and a place for people to meet, eat, drink and call their own.   "On a personal level, a favourite thing for me is when we move into a new pub and create a really good place for local people to enjoy, for special occasions as well as for everyday.
