Beetle Juice: Three Slamming Summer Cocktails
BACK TO BLOGS
Mobile mixology masters, Beetle Juice, spread summer vibes up and down the country thanks to their fleet of super groovy VW campervans converted into travelling cocktail bars...
Beetle Juice sprang to life back in 2012 when brothers, Julian and Jonny and their childhood friend Harry decided they’d had enough of the corporate world. The boys took an angle grinder to their much-loved VW camper to see if their crazy idea of transforming the beast into a cocktail bar might actually work.
The risk paid off and the first Beetle Juice Bar ‘Gracie’ was born. Drawing on their cumulative bar and business experience from a variety of roles from professional footballer to travel agent, life behind a desk was swapped for life on the road, bringing the party slaking thirsts at weddings, university balls and all kinds of celebrations across the UK.
In just a few short years, they’ve grown their fleet of vans to include three more operated by the original trio and 10 vans operated by franchisees around the country, and even as far away as California. With three more classic VW vans currently getting the Beetle Juice treatment in the garage, this is a Surrey-born business that keeps on rolling. Not bad going for a crew of young corporate rebels with a thirst for good times and fantastic cocktails!
